The long-format arm of Stimulus Productions Worldwide. It exists because the infrastructure required to make films across borders is the infrastructure we have spent sixteen years building for other people.
Since 2010, Stimulus has produced more than 750 films across fifteen markets for over a hundred brands, to a standard set by clients who do not accept excuses. That work built five permanent offices, long-standing crew and vendor relationships across South Asia, the Gulf, Southeast Asia and North America, and a working knowledge of how to shoot, clear and deliver in each of them.
Long-format film and series draw on exactly those capabilities. What changes is the length of the film, and whose name is on it.
A working slate, listed as it stands rather than as we would like it to look.
Further detail on any title — budgets, attachments, financing structure — is available to partners under NDA.
Our own titles, developed in-house from concept through delivery, financed independently or with partners.
Shared-risk partnerships with producers, platforms and financiers seeking a capable production partner in our markets.
Full production services for incoming productions across Pakistan, the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Thailand and Canada — crew, permits, locations, post.
Titles developed with distribution in view, structured for platform, theatrical or regional licensing depending on the project.
Infrastructure already paid for. Offices, equipment relationships and permanent teams in five countries mean production overhead is absorbed by an existing operating business rather than built from zero for each project.
Cost base with international standards. Producing out of Karachi, Bangkok and the Gulf gives a budget structure international financiers find unusual — at a technical standard set by sixteen years of multinational brand work.
Markets we understand from the inside. South Asia and the Gulf are among the fastest-growing content markets in the world, and we have been operating in them since before that was a thesis.
A business that is not dependent on this. The commercial and performance-content business continues to trade and fund itself. The studio is an expansion, not a rescue.
We are open to conversations with co-producers, financiers, distributors and platforms. Slate documents, budgets and company financials available on request.
